Our listings have been flying off the shelves this year, and this amazing lakefront home in Wolverine Lake–which sold quickly and at a record price for the area–is just one example of that. We need more homes to sell! This video is an example of some of our marketing (but know that we do a LOT more!). We’d love to feature your home like we did this one, and get you similarly awesome results! The seller’s market remains strong. Now is a great time to put your home on the market, before market dynamics change. We’d LOVE to help you!
