Phyllis Lemon

Phyllis is one of the most experienced, savvy and respected real estate professionals in Metro Detroit and southeastern Michigan. First licensed in 1974, she has been selling consistently for more than 40 years, averaging in excess of $10,000,000 per year during that long tenure. Phyllis is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a resident of Northville, where she has lived since 1970.

Michael McClure, CPA

Licensed in 1991, Michael created Professional One in 2002. He has been working to increase professional in real estate on a national level for the past 10 years, via years of speaking nationally, the authoring of several books on the use of technology in real estate, and by creatingā€“with over 22K membersā€“one of the largest and most influential social groups in the industry.

Michael is a co-founder of Curaytor, a full-service digital marketing company focused on helping clients acquire and retain more customers, which was just named to the Inc. Magazine “500 Fast Growing Companies in America” list.

Michael has been endorsed and recommended by the New York Times, specifically in conjunction with his use of technology and social media in real estate.

Erik Qualman, the author of “Socialnomics” and “Digital Leader,” called Michael the “best in the business at using technology in real estate.”

Michael is the co-author of the 2015 Swanepoel Tech Guide and the 2013 Swanepoel Technology Report.

Michael founded Raise the Bar Radio, along with the 20K+ member Raise the Bar Facebook group, which is frequently quoted in the real estate press. Inman News called him a “kingpin of Facebook groups” for his work in this context.

Andrea Clarke

Andrea is a self-made woman who has succeeded in a variety of entrepreneurial settings before joining Professional One as Director of Lead Generation. She formed several business that were profitable for 20+ years before creating a significant network that led to her being named Executive Regional Vice President of a global health and wellnessĀ company. Looking for a new challenge, she then spent 10 years working as an advisor and team leader of an online personal development entity, helping clients achieve a variety of personal and business goals. Andrea is from Northville and has been a resident of Plymouth for the past 18 years.

Riche Everett

Rich has been helping buyers and sellers since being licensed in 2006. Rich is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, and is the former Marketing Director of Interactive Communications and Direct Marketing at Chrysler Daimler Benz. Rich currently resides in South Lyon.

Irene Tenenchuk, MBA

Licensed inĀ 2000, Irene has been running the business inside the business for more than 15 years. She has an MBA from the University of Moscow and speaks six languages fluently. Irene has significant experience in relocation, having worked with one of the top relocation teams in southeastern Michigan for nearly five years. Irene lived in Plymouth for 18 years, and just recently relocated to Ann Arbor.

Erik Bauss

Erik was licensed in 1995 and grew up working with his father, one of the area’s premier luxury residential home builders. He is a longtime general contractor and luxury craftsman. Erik graduated from Michigan State University, and attended a program at Oxford University in Oxford, England. He has extensive experience in construction and project management. Erik is a longtime resident of Northville who recently relocated to West Bloomfield.
